Kimberly Solis 1/20/2017 Living with a family here in China has both been fun and challenging. It is difficult living in a place where things are different like the food, language, and culture. Living here for six months I have not only learned more about China but also myself. Teaching kids English has been rewarding. I have never taught kids before, so it came as a challenge to teach twins who are on two different levels, and who learn in different ways. Over the six months here the children have not only improved on their reading, writing, spelling, and oral English, but also on their problem solving and comprehension skills.  With continuing the English classes for Emily I would focus more on phonics to help improve her spelling. Also, I would continue teaching her sentence structure so that she could start writing more. I have already introduced her to the basics like nouns, verbs, adjectives, and pronouns. With English classes for Ava I would concentrate on phonics...

Happy Chinese New Year ! The year of Rooster ! Hope all the Aupair who already in China and who is coming to China has a fruitful and peach and healthy new year !

I don't know why when i saw her first time i start to like her ! I start to love her when i talked with her .She is so easy going girl and she know what the kids need and how to teach them ! I am so happy to know her ! That's why when she told me that she has finacial problem that she can't afford for the ticket .I talked with our manager about her .My manager take my suggestion that pay her ticket to come to China ,finally we decide the coming time make it to 22nd February .THe same feeling i have with the family .when the family first see her ,they start to like her .She met only two family and both of them like her ,I think she will be a nice aupair here ! Welcome Tina ! After 6hours flying ,still full of energy .Seems not talk too much ,but like to laugh ! I guess she is tired .she will spend with us for the last day of 2016 and first few days about 2017.Anyhow Love you Our new friends !

For Christmas ,we prepare to teach Au pairs making dumpling in the morning time and play badminton in the afternoon and evening time we have small show for Christmas ,but due to the traffic we couldn't make to play badminton ,what a pity ! But everybody said they are happy cause they go out to see new things and talk with other Aupairs .Hope they are happy all their life ! Thanks for their coming ! When they are together ,seems they have lots of things to talk ,how happy they are ! Everybody learning how to make dumpling ,The middle girl make the best one !  There is light show here ,everybody like those ! Let's take photo together  I love the moon !
